Process
We take a project from scribbles on a napkin to a rendered landscape plan or fully detailed construction drawings for use in construction and permitting. The process starts with a phone call to discuss project needs. A price quote is then sent for review and approval. Once approved, a preliminary design is completed for review and comment. A final design incorporates these comments and is issued for final approval. Silkwoods typically provides the following services:
Site Analysis
Review of project feasibility based on GIS analysis and local codes.
Landscape Design
Creative landscape design that organizes your needs in to a cohesive site plan.
Construction Documents
Detailed set of stamped plans for contractor to use for permits or construction.
Construction Observation
Biweekly inspections to ensure what was designed gets built.
